8 inch and 10 inch ( Alum Extrusion Tube), need brushing, no coating

The filler cap needs to be a vented style and the drain spud is to be 
tapped  NPT.

Each tank should be leak tested (bubble test under 10PSI in water), packaged 
in its own cardboard carton with a vented filler cap and a set of mounting 
brackets
