We do not want to buy vending machines

We are looking for a company which has a good R&D department 
so that we can design our own vending machine. Part of the machine 
will be used for cigarettes, but part of it will have a refrigerating system 
inside to cool our products.
This machine has to have a system to pay with coins and VISA card too.
