frozen Lamb carcasses, as the attached specifications.

Delivery as the following schedule:
(600-750) M. Tons during June 2008 (In one lot)
(600-750) M. Tons during July 2008 (In one lot)

(600-750) M. Tons during September 2008 (In one lot)
Remaining quantity during October 2008 (In one lot)

Special Condition:
A delegation from Directorate of defense procurement & CRST will visit 
production facilities at country of origin to check if the production 
requirements are according to international standards , to check sheep and 
grazing sites before signing contract officially and in case such procedures 
fail to comply with conditions and standards the company will be informed 
officially by the delegation to arrange to comply otherwise contract will not be 
signed, although an unscheduled visit to be arranged later on by a delegation from (CRST) during implementation to check if procedures are according to contract.


Required documents:
Eight copies of original commercial Invoice. 
Complete set of clean pill of lading. 
Official veterinary meat inspection certificate from authorized government 
department in country of origin stating that carcasses are under twelve 
months of age at time of slaughtering, class, kind of meat and that slaughtering 
skinning and gutting has been effected in a duly licensed establishment and 
fit for human consumption in every way. 
Certificate of origin issued by chamber of commerce in the country of 
origin and certified by the Embassy of Jordan in the Country of origin. 
Certificate from seller that goods are in conformity with the terms and 
specifications of the contract. 
Certificate showing that slaughtering was made by knife, carcasses 
are thoroughly and externally bled according to Islamic rites and 
date of slaughter (day, month, year). 
Certificate of wholesomeness from concerned official laboratories
