12 months. 12shipments x 400,000MT shipped to Mina Zayed Port, 
Abu Dhabi. 
Terms: LC will only transfer directly to End Seller/Agent or cement mill.  
All brokers/agents commissions will be protected by MFPA agreement. 
We are ready to fly to any destination of the world to sign a sit down 
contract at the mill. We must be in Final Contract by March 15, 2008.
