(1) Offcut Cloth(the waste of Cloth for T-Shirt, material is cotton) 
from the clothing factories, to be used as rags for the industry, 
for people to wipe hands & equipment.
(2) It needs to be vacuumed in 5Kg bundles to be delivered direct to the 
factories, this will be a regular order every month.
(3) Quantity: 100 tons per month.
(4) 20cmx 20 cm or 30cmx 30 cm, any color is fine.
(5) We need the official letter and in the letter you prove that you can 
supply 50 ton or 100 Ton per month constantly.
