We are interested to urgently purchase LNG for a National Company. 
Our intention is to work with end sellers with proof of past performance. 
Our ICPO is ready. We will only issue ICPO after the seller has 
displayed ability to supply. The LNG is for any safe port in Korea. 
Our end buyer is a national company and therefore the seller can verify this 
after they convince us they are actually connected to the seller or they are 
the end seller. How they intend to this is up to them. We prefer to work with 
Qatar company however; if a Russian company can show past performance 
we are also ready to work with them. Our Target price from Qatar is 
520.00 USD per MT. We look forward to hearing from serious suppliers only. 
Our Target price from Russia is much lower 440.00 USD per MT or your 
best offer. The quantity needed is 300k x 12 months for min 5 year contract to 
20 years.
