Notes:
The last price they\'ve been getting was .39US cents per liter/1.47US
per gallon CIF TTT off west Africa. But due to current increase in
crude oil prices, that prices for refined products such as D2 was
affected. Hence we are aware of the current situation regarding
price and quantity.
Interested suppliers are send offers directly to us and from there
I will call the contact person for further discussions and instructions.
Phone calls will only be entertained after written response to
this posting.
Buying lead is genuine. Hence unsuitable offers will not be
acknowledged.
If you representing the supplier or next to the mandate, we need an
NCNDA signed with the parties before buyer info is released.
The offer have to be discussed prior to direct contact with buyer.
The offer must be issued by the Seller to our direct Buyer AND only
Direct Buyer and Seller must be the ones talking while we step aside
for the deal to happen
Commission structure: Seller Side usually closed! But in this case,
the buyer don’t pay commission. Hence the amount that would\'ve
been paid by the buyer MUST be transferred on the Seller side to
cover the Buyer\'s Group. In addition, due to quantity, the commission
will have to be structured like this ---- 10% of the Gross total----50-50
split: 5% for buyer group and 5% for seller\'s group --- the seller
will be paying both groups.
They want to start delivery in 4th week of April 2008.
They will issue LOI/ICPO with ILC or IRLC upon approval of offer.
POF again POP prior to start contract
We have other small size deals to bring to the table after this...any
seller that is willing and can perform this transaction will be introduce
to the other deals ahead in the Caribbean and Latin America territories
