The above products are a high-molecular homo polymer of 
Vinyl chloride, produced by emulsion polymerisation. They are 
used for processing of plasticized mixtures with greater 
requirements on mechanical properties of products by extrusion or 
calendaring.

Properties
They look like white solid material, odour less powder, they are 
resistant against acids, bases, mineral oils, aliphatichydrocarbons, 
insoluble in the water and organic solvents, soluble inchlorinated 
hydrocarbons. Emulsion PVC can hardly be self-igniting as it 
burns only upon direct contact with fire.

Applications
E 711 is particularly suitable for production of: plasticized 
pigmented foils by calendaring (building foils, packing materials, 
industrial bags), plasticized profiles by extrusion (sealing profiles), 
plasticized products by injection moulding.
E 711 has the following advantages: very good mechanic properties 
of products, good thermal stability, low consumption of lubricants.
