We are currently urgently in need of Oil Drilling interested in 
partnering with one of our clients to provide oil drilling services in 
West Africa to drill an oil block allocation. The oil drilling company 
will have a Memorandum of Understanding with our client and will be 
required to work in partnership in this highly profitable project.
