Following requirements:

Led floodlight led power with 30 / 50 /100 watt
Light requirements:

100-120 lumen per 1 watt led lamp
Color temperature 12000 better 14000 kelvin

Beam angel 60 degrees
Maybe the led can be build in reflector to get
Higher lumen performance
