Our group is mainly involved in the manufacture of steel products.
We are sourcing scrap steel, for our own use. We are not agents.
We do not pay cash or TT. Payment is only  by LC.
We require trial shipments before entering into long term or 
large quantity contracts (100 metric tones trial shipment in containers).
 
Our Terms are...... 
1) Contact us with your offer , CIF Belawan Port (Medan) Indonesia, 
including inspection cost by SGS or others
2) If accepted we will request a pro-forma invoice.
3) Seller issues a signed and company-stamp endorsed pro-forma 
invoice
4) We will issue a draft LC from a major international bank for 
acceptance by the seller
5) When draft LC conforms to buyers & sellers requirements 
LC will be issued
6) Seller ships the goods and receives payment on presentation of 
relevant documents to their bank.
We are only interested in working with bonafide scrap merchants or 
producers of scrap (i.e. fabricators). 
We may request a statement from your bank attesting to the same.
