We are looking for lightweight flag poles that are made of 
either carbon, fiberglass or aluminum. We require poles that are 
very strong to withstand high winds. The poles must be 
between 9-10 meters high.

Also we require that the cord to raise the flag be on the interior of 
the pole so that they are not accessible form the outside. 
The poles must be white in color.
