The jackets must be a waist length jacket with double front 
pockets over a two-way zipper. The jacket must have a telescopic 
collar, lower patch pockets with inverted pleats and with side 
muff openings
The jacket must have athletic cut sleeves with permanent epaulets and 
zippered side vents. The sleeve cuffs shall be adjustable. 
The jacket must contain a removable thermal liner.
