We are seeking a supplier which can pass Swiss due diligence 
to supply us with CE Certified cement in bulk (no bags) to 
Europe on CIF basis. 
The cement must be BS ENV 197-1 (2) as well. 
Only supplier that have CE Certificate and that can provide 
that to us will be considered for the government order.
