Primer

Technical Specification Of Primer:
The primer shall consist of butyl rubber and unsaporifiable resins in 
petroleum spirit and it shall be compatible with the butyl adhesive 
that is furnished on the inner wrap tapes must be free flowing and 
have the ability to cover voids, pits and welds. The primer must 
provide an acceptable base for butyl adhesive on the tapes.
