We need pairs of ITO coated glass with terminals: optically transparent, 
to be used as a heater.
The drawing shows the 2 parts of the pair and the specifications.  
The main difference between the two pieces is the thickness.
Initially we will order 50 pairs for evaluation.  
Production orders: 1000 to 5000 pairs at a time.
The SiO2 coating is for protection of the ITO.  If the thickness is chosen 
properly it can also act as an antireflective coating.
