You give us Draft Contract with Plant producer for discussing and signing
We sign and send to you Original Contract and transfer L/C to Plant
Your Company participate in every shipment and make a control at 
issue all necessary documents by Plant regarding L/C

We get L/C from Russian Bank which must be Transferable only one 
time. Therefore we received in our Bank of America and we can transfer 
L/C only to the Plant producer, not to any broker company.

Inspection: Quantity and Quality - SCS Inspection at port of Loading 
required
Insurance: Marine Cargo Insurance, at 110% of Invoice value, payable 
by Seller
