Hello, I represent a USA based apparel company in search of price
estimates for a run of original denim jeans for Men.
Our target quantity for the initial order of this denim is 1200 pieces
in one wash.
Our plan is to start with an initial order of 1200 pcs and then
re-order based off the same body and fabric in a 3-6 different
color washes.
Target price: $4.75 FOB
Some of the features required for these jeans are:
Men’s fashion denim with classic 5 pocket construction/seams
Measurements and details determined by the enclosed tech pack
2 tone stitching
Tex 60 or higher thread
Embroidered pockets (to our design specification)
Rivets on the pocket seams and 5th pocket
Brass zipper fly
12 oz rigid denim -100% cotton
Slub or cross hatch fabric -fabric lined waist band
30-32-34-36-38-40\" waist size run
Woven tag placement
Enzyme wash
Very slight distressing
Out seam, over lock of raw edge and simple 1/2\" seam
For the denim we only need a basic info tag fiber content/care/
country of origin/etc. There will be a screen print or embroidery that
needs to be added to the inner waistband. Also we are reviewing the
idea of a raw cut canvas hang tag screen printed with a simple logo 3x5\".

We want to work with established producers who can move
quickly to produce an accurate and attractive sample. We want to
finalize our initial order by the end of May. Ideally you can take on
more than one project for us. We would like to see a package deal
for the Mens Denim, Long sleeved Thermal, and Hooded sweatshirt.
