Sir,
We are looking for following products:
1. Air plasma cutting sets:
Type: Cutting and cooling process carried out by using shop floor compressed air. Cantilever machine with one motorized plasma.
Effective cutting width: 1000 mm
Effective cutting length: 2000 mm
Operators control: Replicator 1000 or equal
Photo optic tracing system: Lines or edges
Direction of (Cutting) travel: C.W/C.C.W. direction, with automatic lead,
lock on and off line stop
Cutting thickness: Up to 80 mm
Including additional specialized cutting head for cutting of stainless steel
Total power: 2 kW/230V, 1ph, 50 Hz.
2. Argon welding sets:
Type: Semiautomatic compact welding machine with step adjustment
Current range: AC/DC 60? 400 A
Fuse: 35/20A? 230/400 V
Total power: 12, 0 KVA/400V, 1ph, 50 Hz
3. Oxygen acetylene welding sets:
Type: Set manually operated mobile oxygen-acetylene welding and cutting equipment
Welding thickness: 0, 5? 14 mm.
Cutting thickness: 3? 100 mm
4. Welding generators (With GTAW attach)
Type: Engine driven welders powered by water cooled.
Perkins diesel engine (1500 or 1800 rpm)
Performing DC welding current from 500 to 600 A
Max welding current: 500 A.
Regulating range: 30? 500 A
Electrode diameter: 1, 6? 8, 0 mm
