For a water distribution pipeline in Greece our customer need pigging equipment in order to fill the pipeline with water. The project is at the stage of hydraulic testing and they need all the equipment of 32” pipeline to be filled with water. They have during filling to extract all existing air in order to be able to increase and stabilize pressure inside the 32” pipeline. Pipeline is internally epoxy coated so we assume we can not use hard pigs that will damage lining.

· Pipe diameter 32” DN800 X 8mm thickness ( internal diameter =797mm).
· Pipe elbows : Mitterrand according to AWWA C-208
· Pipe line lengths ( for filling): 1000-3500m
· Pig launching-receiving equipment with reducers is not available ( They use simple pipe end caps of the same diameter of the pipeline)
· Filling water Supply Q=100m3/h
· Pipeline elevation changes are smooth but there are several local pics without ventilators installed .
