We require a sports shirt with these specifications:
Optical white with gray seams
70% rayon made from bamboo viscose
30% cotton
Flat lock stitching if required to make the best sports style fabric
Short sleeved and long sleeved
We need to test the fabric with our dyeing process with the below requirements:
swatch samples of your available white fabrics with the specifications shown above.
12” x 12” swatch labeled with the type of fabric and a code number so we can reference the correct fabric for final production.
Remember this is for a sports shirt so the fabric must have stretch, contour fitting and keep its shape.
Payments for shipping and swatches
We can provide a Fedex pickup or we can pay via Paypal or another official payment method.
We do not use western union under any circumstances.
Projections for future manufacture
We are projecting an initial order of 1,000 units and once the product is released we would increase each order to 5,000 – 10,000 units depending upon demand.
Development timescale
This is an immediate project to be completed before March 2015.
Shipping of production product
Once we agree on production and confirm the production sample we would need to determine the best way to ship by ocean the final product. Please provide details about your port of export FOB.
