Our buyer is in need of used rails of the following spec:

R50 GOST-7174-75 and R65 GOST -8165-75
Chemical composition:
Carbon : 0.54 - 0.82%
Silicon: 0.18 - 0.40%
Manganese: 0.60-1.05%
Sulphur: 0.04%
Phosphorus:0.035%
Arsenic: 0.01%

The length should strictly be less than 1.2 meters
First order is 50,000 tons and subsequent orders will increased based on performance
Kindly note that, we would need the following documents from your end if you are willing:
Proof of Product from Owner or Government
Proof of Ownership
Place of Stock
Name, number if applicable
SGS report on Specifications
Past Performances

Kindly note that the buyer will visit the yard, check the above documents and sign
the contract then and there and open an LC.
